MOULD: ALC PANEL PLANT

1. The mold bottom frame is processed as a whole, using special tooling and tailored welding to ensure dimensional accuracy and realize mold interchangeability.

2. The mold adopts YTONG butterfly spring rocker arm type locking method, and the self-aligning type double pressing wheel presses the side plate to ensure the complete fit between the side plate and the mold, and maximize the use of the sealing strip during use life.

3. The inner gauge of the wheel is 700mm.

4. The maximum size of the mold cavity: 6150*1280*675, net size: 6.0*1.2*0.6 meters;

5. The wheels of the mould are made of 45# steel forgings, and the wheels must be quenched and tempered, and the axles are made of 45# steel quenched and tempered materials.

6. The mould adopts a double draft angle design, which reduces the amount of waste and at the same time prevents the cake from dropping corners and sticking to the mold during demolding.
