Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan – Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MB Company Limited of Kyrgyzstan to jointly develop a 4.8-meter fully automatic production line. This project represents a significant step in Dongyue’s ongoing expansion across Central Asia and underscores the company’s commitment to advancing the region’s building materials industry through innovative and automated solutions.

The production line will feature Dongyue’s next-generation DY4.8 fully automatic block manufacturing system, integrated with the company’s proprietary intelligent control technology. This setup enables end-to-end automation and smart process management, significantly increasing production capacity while reducing labor dependency and operational variability. The result is higher product consistency and reliability, setting a new technological benchmark for the building materials sector in Central Asia.

Currently, Dongyue Machinery is actively progressing multiple projects across Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. From the first production line in the region to simultaneous multi-country developments, Dongyue continues to expand its manufacturing and service network in Central Asia with steady and strategic steps.

The deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries under the Belt and Road Initiative has created strong momentum for infrastructure and industrial development. National development strategies such as Kazakhstan’s “Bright Path” align closely with these initiatives, outlining ambitious plans for infrastructure, housing, and industrial park construction.

Moving forward, Dongyue Machinery will continue to leverage its mature technological expertise and regional experience to collaborate with Central Asian partners in exploring market opportunities and fostering sustainable growth. Together, they aim to contribute to a greener future for building materials through intelligent, efficient, and environmentally conscious manufacturing.
