Dongyue Machinery Completes 300,000 m³ AAC Production Line in Jakarta

In June 2019, Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned a turnkey autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production line in Jakarta, Indonesia, with an annual capacity of 300,000 cubic meters. The project has strengthened Dongyue’s footprint in Southeast Asia and demonstrated its capability to deliver large-scale, technology-driven building material solutions in emerging markets.

The plant integrates Dongyue’s proprietary automation systems, including intelligent batching, precision cutting, and energy-efficient autoclaving processes, ensuring consistent production of high-quality, lightweight AAC blocks. These products support Indonesia’s growing demand for sustainable, cost-effective construction materials aligned with national infrastructure and urbanization goals.
