Recently, the Alpha Block Plant in Uzbekistan — with core equipment and technical support supplied by Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. and investment and construction led by Hebei Pin'ao Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. — successfully completed its trial production in the city of Kokand.

To date, Dongyue has deployed over ten autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production lines across Central Asia, and the Alpha Block Plant marks another landmark project for the company in the region's high-precision block segment.

Located in Kokand, a key hub along the Silk Road in Uzbekistan, the plant's strategic position gives it multiple market advantages.

In recent years, Uzbekistan's building-materials industry has grown rapidly — between 2017 and 2024, the number of building-materials enterprises rose from 6,000 to 11,000, output value quadrupled, and the country rolled out nearly USD 11 billion in investment projects in total.

At the same time, the country is advancing large-scale urban development programs, with residential, transportation, and infrastructure projects being rolled out across the region in quick succession, generating sustained and robust demand for high-quality green building materials.

As the investor and builder of this project, Hebei Pin'ao Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. joined forces with Dongyue Machinery, and the two demonstrated outstanding project management and execution capability.

Civil construction began at the end of September 2025, and foundation work continued uninterrupted even through the winter cold, keeping the project on schedule. By the end of March 2026, the installation team arrived as planned and commenced equipment installation, achieving full-line integrated trial production in mid-July. Less than ten months elapsed from the start of civil works to trial production.

The Alpha Block Plant adopts Dongyue's latest technologies — a fully automatic central control system, a high-precision cutting and turning system, an energy-efficient autoclave curing system, and automatic product splitting and packaging systems. These core systems are deeply integrated, delivering the combined advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and high precision.

The successful commissioning of the Alpha Block Plant stands as further proof of Dongyue Machinery's sustained commitment to the Central Asian market, and underscores the technical strength and delivery capability of China-made AAC equipment in international competition.
